Autumn variety at Flatanger, Forollhogna and Dovrefjell

The first weekend of October I was at Flatanger on the western coast of Norway photographing white tailed eagles from boat. Most of the images turned out quite classic, but one late night we did have the eagles in front of the moon and that was a great experience! Flatanger also offers good opportunities for photographing other wildlife species like the common but still very beautiful great tit, willow tit (granmeis), red squirrel, and much more. In wintertime you can also photograph goshawk and golden eagle.

3rd Place – FZC Bronze Medal – in Narava International Contest of Photography 2014

It is a pleasure to let you know that my photograph below has been awarded 3rd place – FZC Bronze Medal – in Narava International Contest of Photography 2014. In this year´s competition totally 663 photographers from 63 countries participated with the total number of 6,800 images. This was my first attempt in this contest.
