I am thrilled to announce that my photograph “Wild Mountain Hares Fighting” became the Overall Winner of the Smithsonian Photo Contest 2022 (USA). The picture was selected from over 32,000 photos submitted by nearly 7,000 photographers from 190 countries and territories and received the Grand Prize among all categories in the Smithsonian competition, including Natural World, Travel, People, The American Experience, Artistic, and Drone/Aerial. 
I am delighted that my image, “The Big Migration”, was Highly Commended in the Natural World & Wildlife category in the Open competition at Sony World Photography Awards 2023. This is the world’s biggest photography competition. More than 415,000 images from 200-plus countries and territories were submitted to the competition in 2023, with over 200,000 entered into the Open competition. This was the third time I was awarded in this contest – a big honour!
It is a pleasure to let you know that my photograph “Wild Mountain Hares Fighting” has achieved a Highly Commended Award in Siena International Photo Awards 2022 in Italy. This is one of the photo contests with the highest international participation. In the 2022 edition, they received about 50,000 images from photographers from about 150 countries.
