I am honored to announce that this weekend this image, named “Hunted”, received a 3rd place in the Animal behaviour category at the Awards Ceremony at Golden Turtle Awards 2018 in Moscow, Russia. The photograph is taken together with Oltepesi Tented Safari Camp‘s guides John Siololo and Johnmark Kiss-may in Maasai Mara, Kenya.
Highly Commended in Siena International Photo Awards 2018
It is a pleasure to let you know that my photograph “Lion in the night” has achieved a “Remarkable Award” in Siena International Photo Awards 2018 in Italy. This is one of the photo contests with the highest international participation. In the 2018 edition they received nearly 48,000 images from photographers from 156 countries.
Ambassador for the Cheetah For Ever program
I am proud to let you know I have become ambassador for the Cheetah For Ever program. Cheetah For Ever (CFE) is a French Non Profit Organisation which introduced and finances a Kenyan program of supervision and protection of cheetah females and their cubs in the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, involving the local populations.
Two Highly Commended Awards in BioPhotoContest 2018
I am happy to let you know that my two images below are honored with Highly Commended Awards in BioPhotoContest 2018. The first image shows a Serval Cat photographed in the late evening in Maasai Mara in Kenya in May 2017. The photograph of the Bison is taken in Yellowstone in U.S. in February 2018, and the light behind the ox is steam from a hot spring.
