It’s a fantastic start to the photo year to win first place in the Monochrome Photography Awards in the UK! The picture of the mountain hares fighting in the arctic winter in Røros in Norway became the Wildlife Category Winner. In addition, my image of the Long-eared Owl taken in Østerdalen received an Honorable Mention Award.

I am pleased to inform you that my photograph of these Mountain Hares has achieved a Highly Commended Award in Slovenia’s Narava International Contest of Photography 2021.

I am delighted to let you know that my photographs titled “Lonely Giant” and “King of the Ice”, taken accordingly in Maasai Mara in Kenya and on Svalbard in Norway, this weekend in Budoia in Italy was awarded Highly Commended in BioPhotoContest 2020.
